An invitation to explore the heart of your lived experience.
Restoring what chronic stress has compromised: your capacity to flexibly move between your drive to survive and your longing to connect.
People often ask me why I do this work. The answer is simple: I want to help people feel whole again, even when life or work feels overwhelming.
My background is in science. I spent years developing new therapies and leading teams in pharma and biotech. However, what I observed was that even the brightest minds can lose their spark under excessive and constant pressure. Not because they're failing at the task at hand, but because their nervous systems are doing exactly what they're designed to do under prolonged threat, which is prioritize survival over everything else. That made me realize that health isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about restoring that sophisticated human flexibility, the ability to shift between states as life demands.
My approach is practical and rooted in the science. I help you understand the biology behind your stress, your exhaustion, and your difficulty accessing the clarity you once had. I don't believe in quick fixes or magic solutions. I believe in creating the individual and organizational conditions where your nervous system can restore its natural capacity to adapt.
Why do I do this?
Because after years of watching brilliant scientists quietly burn, I couldn't stay silent. You deserve to understand what's happening in your biology, and you deserve to have access to practical tools to restore it.
I grew up asking big questions about life and health. The loss of my parents as a teenager inspired my career journey. From grief emerged an Élan Vital, you know, that “je ne sais quoi” that moves deep within us, that flourishes in a state of thought, that explodes into desire, that seeks to realize life. For me, that vital force nourishes my purpose in life.
I became a scientist, earning a PhD in physical chemistry at Institut Curie, with a patent in microfluidics, and later became a senior consultant in large pharma companies, where I was able to contribute to therapies for chronic conditions, cancer development, and COVID-19 vaccine efforts.
Along the way, I learned that science alone isn’t enough. Human emotional struggles often surpass technical challenges in complexity and impact. We need connection, trust, and a safe space to explore what matters most.
That’s why my journey has taken me from the intricate world of molecular bonds to the complex web of human relationships. Bridging together the best of science and the understanding of human experience, I founded The Flourishing Incubator. Nourished by my passion for passing on knowledge, I translate complex scientific concepts into actionable solutions that can be seamlessly integrated into your day-to-day activities.
Outside of work, I play soccer, practice Qi-gong, and love sharing what I learn with others. I’m also involved in projects that promote well-being and inner development, because I believe everyone deserves the chance to flourish.
Beyond titles and degrees, I’m here to share knowledge, ask new questions, and support those who want to reinvent how we live, work, and care for each other.
Words alone can’t capture everything I believe about health, leadership, and human potential.
But if I had to distill my approach, the spirit behind The Flourishing Incubator, into a single invitation,
it would be this:
It begins not with walls, but with roots.
Not with noise, but with breath.
The Flourishing Incubator is not
a place you enter
It is a space that enters you.
It is where science bows to soul,
and flourishing is understood
for what it truly is,
a return to the natural
coherence of life within you.
Here, we do not chase achievement.
We nurture robustness,
The deep, living strength
that grows when
your body,
your mind,
and your heart
feel safe enough to open again.
Because flourishing cannot be forced.
It can only emerge
where felt safety
breathes freely
in your cells,
your spirit,
your steps.
The Flourishing Incubator is here
to help you remember
what the world tried to make you forget:
You are not a project to fix.
You are a living system
designed to thrive.
When you feel safe,
you heal.
When you feel safe,
you lead with care.
When you feel safe,
you help the world itself to mend.
You are not broken.
You are becoming whole.
And The Flourishing Incubator is your partner
on that journey home.
The Best Version of Me: Boosting Your Well-Being
In 2024, I contributed a chapter to The Best Version of Me: Boosting Your Well-Being, alongside researchers and experts who share a common conviction:
My chapter explores physical activity as a regenerative medicine that activates a virtuous cycle where restoration becomes possible, where your body repairs the damage caused by stress.
Tessa West, Professor of Psychology at New York University and author of Jerks at Work and Job Therapy, wrote:
"From poor sleep to bad eating habits, this book hits on the major points that are commonly felt yet rarely talked about in the endless quest for professional excellence. 'The Best Version of Me' combines cutting-edge research on health & well-being with rich insights from seasoned experts to make you completely rethink your approach to 'making it.' Never again will I prioritize late-night doom-scrolling over slumber. This book has me convinced."
All royalties from this book support the E-Learning for Kids Foundation.
This is a labor of love, and thanks to your support,
knowledge can be provided freely to those who need it most.
